Cancellation policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

For cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, the reservation is non-refundable and the full amount will be charged.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
